Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic and fluid yoga class where movement is synchronized with the breath. Through creative and mindful sequences, we work on strength, flexibility, balance, and concentration, creating a form of meditation in motion. This all-level class comes with plenty of variations offered.

Hatha Flow

A slower-paced, steady practice where each posture is held a little longer, giving you time to find alignment and settle into the breath. Through mindful, grounded sequences, we work on strength, flexibility, and balance — building a practice that's more deliberate than dynamic.

Yang to Yin

A balanced practice that combines the dynamic flow of Vinyasa with the deep stillness of Yin. We begin with mindful sequences to awaken the body, build strength, and connect breath with movement. The class ends with longer-held Yin postures designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and calm the nervous system.

Yin

A gentle, grounding class with a calming blend of gentle stretches, long-held poses, and quiet moments of stillness. In Yin Yoga, we focus on slowing down, releasing tension, and creating space — both in your body and in your mind.

We move slowly and mindfully, using the support of props.

Yin + Sound

A gentle Yin Yoga practice, supported by sound. Through longer-held postures and subtle sound elements — singing bowls, gong and more — the body is invited to soften and release, creating space both physically and mentally.

Yin yoga can be hard and uncomfortable: as the body stays still, the mind gets louder, and you can lose yourself in your thoughts. Adding sound gives the mind something to follow instead of itself, guiding the brain into a slower, quieter state.
