All of our classes are open to every level. Whether it's your first class or you've been practicing for years, you're encouraged to practice at your own pace with the variations and adaptations offered.

Good to know
Drop-in classes can be purchased online or at the studio. Class bundles (bonos) and monthly memberships are only available at the studio for now.
Cancellation Policy
We totally understand that life happens. To help us manage the studio and be fair to everyone, we have a simple cancellation policy:

More than 12 hours before class — free cancellation, your credit is fully returned

Less than 12 hours before class or no show — the full class price is charged
Karma spot
We believe yoga and sound healing should be accessible to everyone. If you feel these practices would genuinely benefit you but the financial side is a barrier right now, we offer karma spots. Just send us a message and we'll sort it out together.
